Smaller companies in particular often do not have access to large budgets, not to mention the lack of human resources, so what options are available to be best equipped against cyberattacks? The answer to this and other questions will be discussed at the online cybersecurity conference for SMEs on 16th September. Participants can expect exciting keynotes, security experts' interactive presentations, and a subsequent panel discussion on the day’s topic. During the breakout sessions, participants will have the opportunity to ask the experts questions or exchange ideas with other participants.
Hannes Hartung will give his expert talk from 12:50 to 13:20. "Experts in the field of cybersecurity agree on one thing: the main gateway for cyberattacks is the human being. There are many ways to increase the awareness of employees about the topic of cybersecurity. But do you know how to measure the success of your awareness strategy meaningfully? In my breakout session, I would like to show you how to make awareness measurable and discuss your experiences with you," said Hannes Hartung, co-CEO of Increase Your Skills.
In the breakout session, participants will get an in-depth look into the Phishing Attack Simulator. This tool offers small and medium-sized companies the opportunity to raise awareness among their own employees through controlled phishing simulations. "In a live demonstration of our Phishing Attack Simulator, I would like to help you visualise how an attack simulation can run and what conclusions you can draw based on the results. Correctly interpreting the results of such attack simulations is an important skill in order to determine subsequent appropriate measures. Among other things, we will also discuss our security scoring, which enables you to visualise the awareness level of your teams. Just in case you are curious!" said Hannes Hartung.
