Increase Yours Skills at the Benelux Cyber Summit 2022
Increase Yours Skills will be attending the Benelux Cyber Summit from the 11th to 12th of October 2022 and contributing to the exciting programme with a keynote presentation. The goal of the conference is to strengthen the digital resilience of cybersecurity experts in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
The Benelux Cyber Summit brings together hundreds of specialists and senior security leaders to discuss the current challenges facing cybersecurity. Through panels discussions, keynote presentations and speeches, the comprehensive programme offers insight into the different topics of cybersecurity, as well as the latest news within the industry. Alongside professional exchange of information, the conference also delivers practical advice for the security experts.
Cybersecurity is considered a key component of the digital transformation. Increase Your Skills will be on site in Amsterdam, to highlight the human factor of cybersecurity and discuss this important topic with all who are interested. At the IYS stand, attendees can find out about current solutions in security awareness, learn about the advantages of utilising a phishing attack simulator or take a look at interactive e-learning courses.
On the second day of the conference, the 12th of October at 10:10am, Benjamin Balionis, Senior Sales Representative at Increase Your Skills, will be speaking about the use of artificial intelligence in modern cyberattacks. “Cybercriminals do not abide by rules, ethical norms or cultural traditions. Furthermore, they are extremely adaptive and constantly try to exploit every new technological advancement for their own gain. Through the manipulation of AI programmes, spear phishing attacks could now be automated, which means that targeted, personalised attacks can be sent out at a higher volume than ever before. In my presentation, I would like to show you how such an attack can be prepped by simply using information gained from a social media profile and how we can protect ourselves.”
