Increase Your Skills at secIT by Heise 2022
Increase Your Skills will be at the secIT by Heise event in Hanover from the 30th – 31st of March 2022, contributing to the diverse trade fair programme with a presentation on the 30th of March.
The event in Hanover is considered a key meeting place for security users and providers. It is both a conference and a trade fair open for all those interested in attending. In March, the most prominent IT and information security companies will again be presenting their services, solutions, and products at the Congress Centre in Hanover. The programme ranges from effective network protection and security tests for companies to recommendations for dealing with cyberattacks. IT managers, information security experts, decision-makers, and many others will be able to connect with each other and companies during the conference and at each exhibition stand to learn more about the security solutions on offer.
The extensive programme will provide an insight into the current threats and suitable protection mechanisms delivered through exciting workshops, keynotes and presentations. At secIT, experts from a wide range of IT and information security areas come together to share their knowledge and expertise. Increase Your Skills will be in attendance with an exhibition stand on both days, providing information about security awareness solutions. Fair participants can exchange thoughts and ideas at the stand and learn about the advantages of awareness training and the benefits and opportunities of phishing attack simulations. The experts at Increase Your Skills support companies, public administrations and organisations in building a robust security strategy.
On Wednesday 30th March, Hannes Hartung, co-CEO of Increase Your Skills GmbH, will give a detailed insight into the dangers of AI use in social engineering attacks on the secIT event's partner-only stage. What will be discussed is the current approaches taken by cybercriminals, how automated attacks currently are, and how companies can specifically protect themselves against such attacks. Attendees of the event can watch the presentation on "How cybercriminals use AI to automate spear phishing and how we can protect ourselves against it" at 11:40 a.m. on the partner-only stage.
